Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Project Manager based in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution. Key duties include coordinating with stakeholders, managing cross-functional teams, and aligning project goals with organizational objectives. The role also involves problem-solving, risk management, and developing project workflows to maintain efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Project Management, Program Management, and leading technical projects
  • Strong Communication skills for effectively collaborating with teams and stakeholders
  • Proven capabilities in Analytical Skills and critical problem-solving
  • Demonstrated Team Leadership and ability to motivate and guide multi-disciplinary teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Knowledge in risk management or technology solutions is advantageous
  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
