Online Campaign Manager

Overview
We are looking for two highly analytical and detail-oriented Campaign Managers to join our performance marketing team. These positions are essential for ensuring that all campaigns associated with our Affiliate and Acquisition channels are meticulously set up, closely monitored, and optimized for the highest possible return on investment (ROI). Candidates should possess strong operational thinking, confidence in data analysis, and a solid understanding of the online gaming/iGaming landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Setup & Management
- Take ownership of the complete setup of acquisition and affiliate campaigns, including tracking link and bonus code creation, quality assurance, and live deployment.
- Monitor daily campaign performance against predefined key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), First Time Deposits (FTDs), ROI, Click-Through Rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
- Ensure all tracking integrations, links, and landing pages operate flawlessly across various devices and platforms.
- Conduct regular A/B and multivariate testing to continuously enhance acquisition efficiency.
- Maintain and optimize the bonus code library to support targeted promotions and acquisition initiatives.
- Perform consistent competitor audits to benchmark promotional positioning and identify conversion opportunities.
Affiliate & Internal Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Affiliate Managers to coordinate campaign mechanics, promotional assets, and landing page funnels.
- Provide affiliates with accurate tracking, creative assets, and campaign data to maximize performance.
- Work in partnership with BI, Development, and Design teams to promptly resolve campaign issues and ensure timely launches.
- Deliver actionable campaign performance reports, offering insights for scaling, pausing, or optimizing spending.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and compile findings into organized performance reviews.
Required Skills & Attributes
- In-depth understanding of the iGaming/online casino or sportsbook landscape.
- Advanced proficiency with campaign tracking tools, analytics dashboards, and bonus code systems.
- Exceptional data interpretation skills, capable of translating trends into clear, actionable insights.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail – nothing goes unnoticed.
- Confident communicator, able to engage both technical and creative teams.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
- Ownership mindset—proactive, solutions-oriented, and accountable for results.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing or campaign management (iGaming experience preferred).
- Experience with affiliate networks, tracking systems, or CRM tools (e.g., Income Access, Optimove, Everflow, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong Excel and data reporting skills; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI or Looker) is a plus.
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is ideal but not essential.
