The
Key Purpose
of this role is to develop and execute digital campaigns aligned to commercial objectives to drive engagement, customer experience, and conversion.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategist
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies to promote brands, and increase customer experience and functionality of the BEES app (aligned to commercial objectives of the business).
- Set clear objectives and KPIs for each campaign, aligning them with overall business goals.
Content Creator
- Compile detailed briefs and feedback to creative agencies while ensuring that deliverables are relevant to customers, resulting in engagement and sales conversion.
- Develop engaging and high-quality content, including copy, graphics, videos, and other media, to support campaign goals.
- Work closely with creative agencies to ensure all content is on-brand and effectively communicates the campaign message.
- Ensure that all final approved artwork is saved into a media library for ease of access and reference.
- Track campaign briefs, reverts, and final artwork, providing regular updates on status.
Campaign Development and Management
- Plan, develop, and launch digital campaigns tailored to the B2B audience on the app.
- Utilize a variety of communication channels, including email, push notifications, in-app banners, sliders, and SMS, to maximize campaign reach and impact.
- Manage configuration, testing, and maintenance of campaign games as required.
- Ensure strict adherence to Brilliant Basics for 100% compliance across campaigns.
- Use data and insights to inform campaign set-up (triggers and frequency) and ensure all campaigns are correctly executed (e.g., tagging, naming conventions, triggers, frequency, reach, conversion events).
Reporting and Performance Analysis
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and Brilliant Basics compliance to measure campaign effectiveness weekly.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement while offering real-time insights to re-target and strategize against KPIs.
- Use data and insights to guide and inform campaign set-up and optimization for current and future campaigns.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Liaise with stakeholders across marketing, agencies, and commercial teams to gather insights and feedback that inform campaign strategies and execution.
- Manage relevant stakeholders to ensure that content is received on time so that campaigns are executed within deadlines.
Platform Marketing
- Act as a key stakeholder in the coordination and execution of internal and external initiatives.
Brand Ambassador
- Ensure all campaigns are consistent with the BEES brand voice and messaging is effectively targeted to customers.
Compliance and Best Practices
- Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices, particularly regarding data privacy and security.
Key Attributes & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate complex issues simply and concisely.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Strong self-management capability and ability to work independently.
- Self-starter with the ability to learn new skill sets and platforms (Braze, Mixpanel, BEESOne, BEES Gamification).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work cross-functionally.
- Intermediate Excel skills required.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-year post-graduate qualification.
- Experience in digital marketing or B2B preferred.
- Braze Certified Marketer Certification extremely advantageous.
