Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Casino Brand Manager to join our team in Bryanston, Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance our online casino's presence in the competitive gaming market. This role requires a blend of creative marketing skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for the gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy Development:
Create and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business goals and resonate with target audiences. - Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use this data to inform branding strategies. - Campaign Management:
Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.) to drive brand awareness and user acquisition. - Content Creation:
Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging marketing materials, including promotional content, social media posts, and newsletters. - Partnerships and Collaborations:
Identify and negotiate partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and other brands to enhance brand visibility and reach. - Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights for continuous improvement. - Compliance and Regulation:
Ensure all branding and marketing efforts comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the online gaming or casino industry.
- Skills:
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
