Sales Representative

Our client is a leading company that manufactures a wide range of refreshing and unique beverage products, supplying restaurants, coffee shops, and franchises. Their product range includes freezo and latte mixes, Boba, cocktail and milkshake syrups, and much more. With a strong presence in the industry and a passion for innovation, they are expanding their team with dynamic sales representatives to drive further growth.

Location: Johannesburg

Salary: R R1 500 car allowance
Benefits:

  • Petrol allowance and reimbursement for data/calls

  • Attractive commission structure: 5% on every order (average earning potential of up to R20 000 per month)

  • No cap on commission – the more you sell, the more you earn

  • Additional incentives and performance-based bonuses

  • Client base will be handed over – you start earning commission immediately

Working Hours: Flexible hours (not office bound) – when you're not seeing clients, you can work from home

What you'll be doing:
  • Acquire and retain new clients within a large radius.
  • Schedule appointments, make cold calls, and visit clients in person.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Work closely with your team leader for training and guidance.
  • Use the CRM system to track client interactions and follow-ups.
  • Perform some administrative and data entry tasks on the CRM system.
  • Manage your own time and productivity to meet sales targets.
What we're looking for:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or direct client facing, preferably in the beverage or related industry.
  • Experience with Zoho CRM would be beneficial.
  • Self-disciplined and target-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, telephonic, and in person.
  • A vibrant and energetic personality that easily connects with clients.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Wat jy gaan doen:

  • Werf en behou nuwe kliënte in 'n groot radius.
  • Stel afsprake op, doen koue oproepe en besoek kliënte persoonlik.
  • Bou en onderhou sterk verhoudings met kliënte.
  • Verseker uitstekende kliëntediens en verkope.
  • Werk nou saam met jou spanleier vir opleiding en leiding.
  • Gebruik die CRM-stelsel om kliënte-interaksies en opvolg te monitor.
  • Doen 'n mate van administrasie en data-invoer op die CRM-stelsel.
  • Bestuur jou eie tyd en produktiwiteit om verkoopsdoelwitte te bereik.

Waarna ons soek:

  • Minstens 2-3 jaar ondervinding in verkope of direkte kliënte-interaksie, verkieslik in die drank- of verwante industrie.
  • Ervaring met Zoho CRM sal voordelig wees.
  • Selfgedissiplineerd en teikengedrewe.
  • Uitstekende kommunikasievaardighede – skriftelik, telefonies en persoonlik.
  • 'n Lewendige en energieke persoonlikheid wat maklik met kliënte verbind.
  • Geldige bestuurslisensie en betroubare voertuig.
