Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Property Broker based in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. The broker will be responsible for facilitating commercial property transactions, including leasing, selling, and purchasing commercial and industrial properties. Daily tasks will include prospecting potential clients, negotiating property deals, managing client relationships, and providing insights into the commercial real estate market. The role requires active collaboration with property owners and tenants and a focus on delivering tailored solutions for clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Brokerage and Sales, including the ability to identify and close deals effectively.
  • Strong understanding of Commercial Real Estate and Property Management practices.
  • Experience in New Home Sales and familiarity with property market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM and property management software is advantageous.
  • A track record in the Johannesburg real estate market is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.
