Rental Office Administrator

We are a dynamic rental agency, specialising in residential property leasing and management. Our team provides exceptional service to landlords and tenants in the greater Cape Town area.Role Description. This is a full-time on-site role for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator, located in Constantia in the city of Cape Town.The successful candidate will be professional, pay attention to detail and will play a key role in ensuring the office runs efficiently; handling day-to-day administrative tasks, co-ordinating clear communication between landlords, tenants and agents. The role also includes providing excellent customer service, handling communications, and supporting the wider administrative functions of the office:Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.Maintain accurate tenant and landlord records are uploaded in the property management system.Update property listings on relevant platforms.Generate reports on property listings, lease expirations and new deals for the week.RequirementsMinimum two years experience in an administrative role, preferably in real estate or property management. Preference will be given to potential candidiates who have worked in the property industry in South Africa.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel and outlook)Relevant diploma or qualification in administration, real estate or a related field is advantageous.
