Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Sales and Rentals Agents, based in the City of Cape Town, with some work from home allowed. Responsibilities include managing rental properties, identifying sales opportunities, communicating effectively with clients, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Agents will also support rental management activities, including lease agreements and related administration. Agents will have a full back office support team with some very exciting incentive structures.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure exceptional experiences for clients
  • Experience in Rental Management
  • Registered with the PPRA.
  • Excellent Communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders
  • Self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment
  • Basic knowledge of real estate markets and rental procedures is advantageous
  • Proficiency in using relevant property management software is a plus
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Previous experience in property sales or rentals is highly beneficial
  • NQF4 is highly beneficial.
