You will lead 3D, animation, and QA/UI teams, guide interns, and work closely with developers to ensure every simulation moves smoothly from concept to launch.This role requires a blend of game design expertise, leadership, documentation skills, and hand-on project management. You will set standards, train incoming interns, optimize workflows, and ensure the creative and technical departments stay aligned.Key ResponsibilitiesSimulation and Game DesignDesign end-to-end XR simulations using MDA principlesConvert curriculum and real-world processes into interactive learning tasksCreate AI role-play scenarios, branching dialogues, and assessmentsBuild user flows, interaction maps, and production documentationCreative Leadership and Quality ControlReview 3D models, rigs, animations, and UX workEnsure consistent art direction and interaction standardsCollaborate with developers to ensure assets function correctly in Unity/WebXRIntern Training and ManagementTrain interns on pipelines, workflows, and production expectationsProvide documentation, guides, and clear reviewsTrack performance, ensure productivity, and prevent reworkOversee onboarding/offboarding cycles for rotating internsProject Management and Cross-Team CoordinationRun sprints and production schedulesManage task tracking in JiraEnsure handovers from design -> 3D -> animation -> dev -> QA are seamlessMaintain production velocity and qualityInnovation and Platform GrowthPropose new mechanics, features, and simulation idesExplore AI-assisted content creationAlign NexEra with emerging XR and EdTech trendsRequirements3 - 5+ years in game design or simulation designStrong understanding of MDA, interaction design, and XR principlesAbility to review 3D, animation, and UX workSolid Unity Knowledge (no heavy coding required)Experience managing or training juniors or internsStrong project management skills (Agile/Kanban)Excellent documentation, communication, and workflow disciplineWhy Join NudleWork on a global-impact platform used by thousands of learnersInfluence the future of XR education and corporate trainingLead a talented creative and technical teamJoin a fast-growing innovation environment with real ownershipOpportunity for long-term leadership growth within the companyJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
