For more information, view updates from our Founder and company LinkedIn pages: Founder: Company: **Role Overview** We are looking for a Lead Game Designer and Project Manager to drive the creative vision of our XR simulations while managing the full creative production pipeline. You will lead 3D, animation, and QA/UI teams, guide interns, and work closely with developers to ensure every simulation moves smoothly from concept to launch. This role requires a blend of game design expertise, leadership, documentation skills, and hand-on project management. You will set standards, train incoming interns, optimize workflows, and ensure the creative and technical departments stay aligned. **Key Responsibilities** Simulation and Game Design - Design end-to-end XR simulations using MDA principles - Convert curriculum and real-world processes into interactive learning tasks - Create AI role-play scenarios, branching dialogues, and assessments - Build user flows, interaction maps, and production documentation Creative Leadership and Quality Control - Review 3D models, rigs, animations, and UX work - Ensure consistent art direction and interaction standards - Collaborate with developers to ensure assets function correctly in Unity/WebXR Intern Training and Management - Train interns on pipelines, workflows, and production expectations - Provide documentation, guides, and clear reviews - Track performance, ensure productivity, and prevent rework - Oversee onboarding/offboarding cycles for rotating interns Project Management and Cross-Team Coordination - Run sprints and production schedules - Manage task tracking in Jira - Ensure handovers from design -> 3D -> animation -> dev -> QA are seamless - Maintain production velocity and quality Innovation and Platform Growth - Propose new mechanics, features, and simulation ides - Explore AI-assisted content creation - Align NexEra with emerging XR and EdTech trends **Requirements**: - 3 - 5+ years in game design or simulation design - Strong understanding of MDA, interaction design, and XR principles - Ability to review 3D, animation, and UX work - Solid Unity Knowledge (no heavy coding required) - Experience managing or training juniors or interns - Strong project management skills (Agile/Kanban) - Excellent documentation, communication, and workflow discipline **Why Join Nudle** - Work on a global-impact platform used by thousands of learners - Influence the future of XR education and corporate training - Lead a talented creative and technical team - Join a fast-growing innovation environment with real ownership - Opportunity for long-term leadership growth within the company Work Location: In person
