**Is this you?**

You are a born operations manager with a passion for handling refurbishment/interior design projects. You pride yourself in being able to deliver projects on time and on budget whilst working on multiple projects at once.

**What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)**

Reporting to a dynamic Group Creative Director you will take responsibility for managing all design room jobs, ensuring they are completed within the creative direction brief and to the best value.

You will facilitate the manufacturing of custom designed goods and ensuring the designer’s concept is achieved. You will also ensure items purchased are approved by the relevant Design Manager and you will source new, cutting-edge projects and maintain noteworthy suppliers.

**Where you’ll be doing it**

This role will be a combination of work from home and in office. You will also be required to travel in SA and Africa to countries like Botswana to different design sites.

You will work for a family run, well-established high end luxurious hospitality related company that has a family orientated environment. The teams work well together, are exceptionally passionate about what they do, they have a very low staff turnover, the staff have been there for many years.

**What you’ll need**

A relevant tertiary qualification (interior design) coupled with at least 3 years of relevant design operational management experience. The ability to travel when needed. You’ll need to be confident, assertive but not dominant, organised, structured and have great sourcing skills. Would be an added bonus if you have a passion for conservation and sustainability. You’ll need to be computer literate (MS Office) and be administratively strong.

**What you’ll get**

A market related salary which includes a provident fund, disability, funeral and life cover. A bonus is at the company’s discretion. An added benefit is that you can stay free of charge in luxury accommodation at one of their properties.
