Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Debt Manager located in Amanzimtoti. The Debt Manager is responsible for the management of outstanding debts and ensuring timely debt collection to support the company's financial goals. Daily tasks include monitoring accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, analyzing financial data to improve collection strategies, and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Debt Management and Debt Collection
  • Strong understanding of Finance and related practices
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate and optimize debt collection processes
  • Effective Communication skills to engage with clients and team members professionally
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using financial management and account tracking systems
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is an advantage
