We are looking for a highly skilled and sales driven individual to join our big sales team.

**Job Requirements**
- Analyse sales data to assist with sales and profit forecasting
- Track competitor activity in the area
- Identify and develop business opportunities outside of existing revenue streams
- Develop, implement, and manage area marketing objectives
- Coordinate sales team promotional activities across the area
- Drive the achievement of sales targets (sales volumes) by effectively managing, coaching and developing the area sales team.
- Develop strategies to achieve them.
- **Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- Matric / Grade 12
- Degree in management, business administration and/or marketing
- **Debt Review Experience**: Prior exposure to a debt review environment or familiarity with MAXIMUS software is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of MS EXCEL at intermediate level
- 3 to 5 years' experience in Marketing and sales management function with a track record of achieving sales targets through remote teams.
- Valid Drivers license. Note: The position requires the incumbent to travel between

branches and as such the possession or access to own reliable
transport is a per-requisite.

**Necessary Skills & Attributes**
- Target driven (related to new business)
- Ability to build and nurture business relationships With corporate partners and clients.
- Management and supervisory skills
- Active listening skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
