Role Overview

We are recruiting a full-time Membership Analyst to provide high-quality support to our members while managing onboarding and retention processes. This position requires working from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday (GST).

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Success: Deliver prompt and professional responses to member inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram, maintaining a high standard of service. Including management of concierge reservations.
  • Acquisition: Support acquisition efforts, filtering out applications early based on strict criteria, interviewing members to ensure mutual fit, deciding on whether to proceed.
  • Onboarding: Oversee member onboarding, including guiding new members through registration and initial engagement.
  • Retention: Manage retention efforts by monitoring member activity, addressing concerns, and implementing strategies to enhance loyalty. Analyze member feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to service enhancements.
  • Utilize Notion for task tracking, workflow organization, and collaboration with the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong emphasis on member or client support. Applicants with deep membership experience will be prioritised given the nature of our business.
  • Exceptional written English skills, enabling clear and effective communication across digital channels.
  • Proficiency in managing Notion for task tracking and project coordination.
  • A naturally empathetic and service-oriented disposition, with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to thrive in a structured schedule, including evening hours, while maintaining consistent performance.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
