Financial Wellbeing Consultant

Purpose:
The role will focus on providing advice and facilitation services to grow our client numbers within the pre-retirement and accumulation segments from our corporate membership base in both an advised and facilitated. In addition, it will provide support to the broader FPC business to ensure advice leads and opportunities are channelled to the appropriate areas. This role fulfils a dual purpose in being face to face with customers, as well as a part of the My Money Matters contact centre assisting customers telephonically. In addition will be responsible to help develop and implement strategies and manage key relationships like HR within our corporate accounts
Key performance areas:
- Ensure face to face worksite consulting in respect of all Corporate Clients that have signed up for eRBC is implemented and operating effectively.
- Make outbound calls to all relevant Retirees, Leavers and Joiners where necessary within the MyMoneyMatters contact centre
- Receive inbound calls in MyMoneyMatters Contact centre aligned to individual member engagement for financial needs including RBC, advice, product take-up execution and education
- To execute on sales campaigns, projects and initiatives as required with feedback captured through CRM system;
- High conversion rate of RBC and other leads into new client acquisition (through new products, consolidation of assets, increasing contributions, retention of assets)
- To effectively manage all eRBC leads from various interventions and provide feedback through CRM system;
- As required, to assist with worksite marketing and financial awareness;
- Implement and execute strategies with relevant Financial Planning Consultant to create and manage business opportunities arising within Corporate accounts;
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key personnel in assigned and segmented Corporate accounts;
- Assist clients with financial planning advice and solutions aligned to the 6 step financial planning process where applicable including:
- Make a written recommendation based on a client's responses to the risk profile questionnaire and subsequent discussions;
- Provide the client with information on the performance of the various investment portfolios available;
- Educate the clients with regards to basic investment principles, i.e. risk versus reward, market sentiment, trends, performance (offshore and local), benchmarks etc;
- Assist customers with execution of chosen financial solution including remaining paid-up within a fund, default solutions, etc
- Resolve client concerns, queries and/or complaints;
- Source new business within the relevant Corporate account

Qualifications:
- Matric
- BCom (majors in Financial Management or Financial Planning or Investments or Marketing)
