About the Role
Our client is seeking a driven Internal Account Manager/Salesperson to join their team. This position focuses on managing internal accounts, developing effective sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving new business and strengthening the company's presence within the beverage sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage inbound emails, leads, and customer enquiries
• Close sales and build/manage sales funnels
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships while ensuring accurate weekly reporting
• Conduct follow-ups and hold customers accountable for sales commitments
• Drive new business by handling incoming calls from potential distributors and customers
• Work with tools such as Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and eventually Zoho CRM
Qualifications and Skills
• Strong Sales Strategy Development and Account Management skills
• Proven Customer Relationship Management capability
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in the beverage industry or a similar sales environment
• Ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced setting
• Advantageous: Knowledge of alkaline water and its benefits
