Are you passionate about technology, innovation, and improving asset reliability? We're looking for a dynamic ACM (Asset Care Management) Manager to take ownership of a growing division focused on developing and delivering cutting-edge APM services.

The Asset Care Manager, you'll lead a small, dedicated team that defines, develops, and implements asset performance management solutions powered by the latest in IoT and digital technologies. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our APM offering — from concept to client delivery. This role combines strategic leadership, technical insight, and hands-on implementation. You'll be responsible for driving innovation, managing projects, and ensuring we deliver measurable value to our clients.

Minimum Requirements
  • A relevant qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related qualification.
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a related role, e.g. Asset Care management, R&D and reliability engineering, is preferable.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management, reliability engineering, and industrial IoT.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing APM strategies, tools, and solutions using IoT and data-driven technologies.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow a team delivering APM and reliability services to clients.
  • Develop and implement APM strategies, tools, and solutions using IoT and data-driven technologies.
  • Research and integrate new technologies to enhance asset performance and reliability.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across teams to align APM solutions with business objectives and emerging industry trends.
