Preschool Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Instruction & Curriculum: Prepare and deliver engaging, age-appropriate, and developmentally sound lessons and activities, focusing on literacy, numeracy, social-emotional, and physical skills.
• Classroom Management: Create a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and independent learning.
• Child Development: Observe, assess, and document children's progress and developmental needs, using this information to adapt teaching methods.
• Care & Supervision: Provide attentive supervision and care for children, assisting with daily routines such as meals, naps, and hygiene (toileting/diapering as applicable).
• Communication: Maintain strong, professional communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's daily activities, achievements, and any concerns.
• Collaboration: Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From R5 500,00 per month

Experience:

• Early Childhood Development: 3 years (Preferred)
