Deluxe Laser & Aesthetics is seeking a driven and experienced Spa Manager to lead our branch in Majik Forest, Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader with a strong background in the spa or aesthetics industry who is ready to take ownership of both operations and team performance in a luxury environment.

Education/Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a management/leadership role within a spa, salon or aesthetics environment
  • Recognised beauty/aesthetics qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, SAAHSP, or CIBTAC) preferred
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales and team targets
  • Strong knowledge of operations, stock control, and reporting
  • Previous cruise ship or aesthetic medical environment experience advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily spa operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Lead, train and motivate the team to consistently deliver 5-star service
  • Drive service and retail sales to achieve monthly targets
  • Manage stock, ordering and inventory effectively
  • Handle client queries and ensure service recovery where needed
  • Maintain Deluxe's high standards of grooming, service and professionalism
