Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations and Delivery Lead based in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. The Operations and Delivery Lead will oversee and ensure successful delivery of IT services and solutions, manage project timelines, and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to operational processes, identifying areas of improvement, managing resource allocation, and supporting service delivery goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, including experience in resource planning and timeline management.
  • Proficiency in IT infrastructure, database management, operating systems, and server/storage technologies.
  • Experience in consulting, systems integration, and managed IT services delivery.
  • Strong leadership qualities, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or related industry standards are a plus.
