We’re looking for an Investment Bank (IB) Operations Service Delivery Lead to:

- recruit, train, cultivate and retain great people
- develop the knowledge, skills and experience of team members
- manage team activities to achieve performance targets and operational service level agreements
- comply with internal policies and legal requirements, such as coverage, holiday planning and working schedules
- collaborate with internal partners including Functions such as Finance and Technology to deliver the best service

You’ll be working in the IB Operations team in UBS South Africa. We’re responsible for the delivery of all operational services to UBS South Africa. As a Service Delivery Lead, you’ll play an important role in driving your team focused on set objectives.

**Your expertise**
- Senior management experience
- 10 years of experience leading multi-functional teams
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

with a can-do-attitude
- Experience coaching and mentoring teams, providing

insight with suggested development methods and

execution modes to UBS culture and risk appetite
- Preferable to have a JSE Settlement Office or a

commitment to undertake these qualifications once

hired.
