Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Delivery Manager: Fintech located in the Johannesburg, with flexibility for some remote work. The Service Delivery Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Fintech and ICT services, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing service operations, maintaining service-level agreements, and collaborating with clients to identify improvements. The role will require close coordination with internal teams to drive efficiency and a focus on exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Fintech and Payments industry operational experience of over 5-years
  • Experience in Service Delivery Management, including oversight of end-to-end ICT service delivery processes
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Service Delivery, ensuring alignment of services with client expectations
  • Proficiency in ICT Service Management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, DevOps)
  • Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills to foster positive client relationships
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to mitigating risks and addressing challenges
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • Experience within the fintech industry is an advantage
