Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Workshop Foreman, based in Midvaal Local Municipality. The Workshop Foreman will oversee workshop operations, coordinate daily activities of the team, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. They will be responsible for the supervision of staff and resources, maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles, and effective communication with team members and management. The role requires hands-on involvement, ensuring efficiency and productivity across the workshop.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Expertise in working with commercial vehicles, including maintenance and repairs
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Relevant technical qualification or equivalent work experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
  • Prior experience in the commercial workshop industry is a minimum requirement.
