DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee and coordinate the daily workshop operations for commercial vehicles and equipment.Supervise and mentor diesel mechanics and technical support staff.Conduct job card reviews, monitor repair quality, and ensure adherence to service standards.Schedule and prioritise repair and maintenance tasks based on urgency and client needs.Maintain a clean, safe, and productive working environment.Manage workshop productivity KPIs, timekeeping, and job allocation.Perform diagnostic checks and provide technical guidance when necessary.Communicate effectively with service advisors and workshop admin regarding job progress, completion, and challenges.
