Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Workshop Foreman, located in Midvaal Local Municipality. The Workshop Foreman will be responsible for supervising workshop operations, managing the maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Daily tasks include overseeing staff, scheduling maintenance, coordinating work, and ensuring effective communication among team members.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and strong Communication abilities
  • Experience with OEM commercial vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Technical skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications and qualifications in related fields are advantageous
  • Previous experience in the truck industry as a workshop foreman is essential
