Potentiam manages our staff's career development and personal development training, all infrastructure, HR and payroll with our clients directly managing day-to-day staff responsibilities and role training and development.
Purpose of role
This is a generalist marketing role focused on executing and coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting sales outreach, and managing marketing operations.
The role requires
hands-on experience in B2B marketing, particularly in account-based marketing (ABM) or Marketing Operations with clear and varied ICPs, digital advertising, and sales enablement.
The ideal candidate will be
process-driven, organised, and comfortable working across multiple marketing channels and tools.
Duties and responsibilities
1. Campaign Execution & Outreach Optimisation
o Implement and track LinkedIn Ads and Zopto LinkedIn outreach.
o Implement and maintain HubSpot (ABM) Beauhurst sector & signal sequences to target key prospects.
o Coordinate with the HubSpot team in India for CRM management and lead tracking.
o Optimise outreach messaging in collaboration with BDRs through A/B testing and engagement analysis.
o Support logistics for upcoming webinars and oversee vendor coordination.
2. Sales Enablement & Content Distribution
o Maintain and refine sales collateral to support BDRs.
o Repurpose content for LinkedIn, email outreach, and sales materials.
o Monitor LinkedIn engagement and flag warm leads for follow-up.
3. Marketing Operations, Admin, Coordination & Reporting
o Track campaign performance and compile daily, weekly & monthly reports.
o Contribute to CRM data accuracy and lead intelligence sharing.
o Own marketing administration, including maintaining internal trackers, organising marketing assets, coordinating marketing activities and liaising / managing communication with external suppliers.
o Oversee SEO optimisation.
Skills/Experience
• 5 - 8 years of total marketing experience.
• 3 - 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a professional services business.
• Exposure to strong Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience to support targeted outreach with defined ICPs.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Zopto (or similar), Apollo, Cognism (or similar firmographic/ data enrichment tools).
• Strong coordination and organisational skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
•Proficiency in tracking and reporting marketing performance.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
