The position involves significant travel to meet clients in person, build trust, and facilitate on-site consultations. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including those involved in RAF claims or requiring short-term bridging loans.
- Conduct in-person meetings and site visits to assess client needs, explain financing options, and close deals.
- Travel regularly to clients across [relevant regions, e.g., Gauteng and surrounding areas], managing your schedule efficiently.
- Evaluate loan applications, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinate with internal teams for approvals.
- Provide expert advice on bridging finance products, tailoring solutions to individual client circumstances.
- Monitor account performance, handle inquiries, and resolve issues promptly to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, legal, and operations teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Achieve monthly targets for new accounts and loan disbursements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bridging finance or working directly with the Road Accident Fund (RAF) – essential.
- Minimum 3-5 years in account management, sales, or a client-facing role within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of short-term lending, credit assessment, and regulatory compliance in finance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (valid driver's license and own vehicle required; travel expenses reimbursed).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
