Job Description - IT Operation Manager
Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the IT department and ensure efficient and effective delivery of IT services.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of the IT team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure security and reliability of systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT issues and improve processes.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, servers, and networks.
  • Ensure compliance with company's IT governance framework and industry best practices.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in IT technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Desired Experience:
  • Experience in managing IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management practices.
  • Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and network security.
  • Certifications in IT management or related fields.
