Hire Resolve is currently seeking an Operations Manager in the Cosmetics industry with extensive warehouse management experience to join our client in Cape Town. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics. Responsibilities
  • Direct and achieve operational objectives.
  • Oversee accounts and manage financial aspects of the operation.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize wastage.
  • Oversee warehouse processes and manage staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Handle inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Continue the digital transformation of warehouse operations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in warehousing and distribution or supply chain. (Compulsory)
  • Degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, or business management. (Compulsory)
  • Experience in the Cosmetics Industry.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management and logistics software (ERP), MS Office especially Excel. (Compulsory)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Process oriented.
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives in warehouse operations.
