About FXCH

FXCH is building a modern digital asset clearing house for institutional crypto markets. We develop infrastructure that enables real-time settlement, portfolio margining, and cross-exchange connectivity. Our systems support high-volume trading clients across global markets, with teams in Budapest, Istanbul, and Cape Town.

Role Overview

The Business & Finance Graduate will work across operations, trading analytics, product research, and client-related activities. This role is perfect for a graduate who wants exposure to institutional markets, fintech operations, and product analysis.

You will work closely with the operations and business teams, contributing to reconciliations, market research, trading analysis, and operational processes. You'll gain a practical understanding of how clearing systems function, how risk is managed, and how trading strategies interact with our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operational checks, reconciliations, and system validations.
  • Support product research by gathering market data and competitor insights.
  • Perform trading-related tasks, including basic strategy analysis and performance breakdowns.
  • Help prepare risk and operational reports for internal teams.
  • Support settlement oversight and operational processes.
  • Contribute to documentation for processes, client instructions, and product workflows.
  • Participate in internal meetings with the product, operations, and business development teams.
  • Assist with data analysis to support decision-making and product enhancements.

Ideal Candidate

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Quantitative Finance, or related field.
  • Interest in trading, market structure, and digital assets.
  • Strong numerical ability and analytical thinking.
  • Comfortable working with data sets and performing basic quantitative analysis.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain findings effectively.
  • Proactive mindset with strong organisational skills and initiative.
  • Curiosity about clearing, settlement, and risk in institutional markets.
