 is a Limassol-based investment group with offices in Cyprus and South Africa. We build and back fintech and prop-trading startups across Europe, Africa, and Asia — from trading platforms and payment solutions to financial media and emerging tech ventures.

We're looking for ambitious, creative graduates who want to learn fast, work hard, and make a real impact from day one.

No experience necessary — but 
curiosity, grit, and a relentless work ethic are non-negotiable.

What You'll Do

You'll be thrown straight into the deep end:

  • Growth hacking across multiple fintech and prop-trading brands
  • Managing social media, influencer, and affiliate campaigns
  • Building and moderating online communities
  • Supporting global product launches and digital campaigns
  • Learning directly from experienced founders, CMOs, and investors
