Role Description

This is a temporary on-site role for a Waiter at a 5-star hotel located in Stellenbosch. Responsibilities include greeting and serving guests, taking food and beverage orders, ensuring accurate order delivery, assisting with food preparation when necessary, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, and upholding the hotel's service standards. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service practices
  • Basic Cooking skills or familiarity with food preparation is a plus
  • Professional appearance and ability to maintain a welcoming demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Previous experience in hospitality is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
