Job Brief: We are seeking Lead Generation Contact Consultants to generate leads for our clients, prominent financial services brands in the insurance sector. Effective communication skills are crucial for this role.
Responsibilities
Speak to potential clients and generates interest
Ensure that the person qualifies for the product offered;
Updates the system with the call outcome; Update information as may be required from time to time; Ensure that the quality of the lead meets the company standard; Uphold the company policies and procedures; Live our core values Protect the company, our clients and the brand at all times
Apply exceptional time management skills Ensure that client brand values are upheld through all interactions with relevant consumers Requirements Great communication skills; Open to learning; Excellent time management; Performance and target driven; Capable of handling pressure; Positive attitude; Have self - disciplined and self-belief.
