Position: Outbound Call Centre Agent

Purpose of the Role:

To conduct telephonic surveys in a professional manner according to client requirements, and accurately capture and store completed surveys electronically.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to conduct various surveys
  • Complete written surveys in
    Afrikaans or English
  • Ensure accurate data capturing and compliance with survey requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric
  • At least 6 months call centre experience
  • Must be able to
    speak and write in English
    +
    one other African language
  • Must be available immediately
  • Must reside in Cape Town

Working Hours & Setup

  • Monday to Friday,
    8am – 5pm
  • Based in
    Claremont (Cape Town)
  • Project-based role (work as and when required)

Remuneration

  • R40 per hour
  • Performance and tenure-based increases
