We are expanding a new B2B startup within Aventus Group, launching in South Africa. As part of Aventus, we are looking for a strong leader to join our team.

We are looking for a Head of Call Centre Department to build and lead our contact centre and sales operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop the sales department within the contact centre.

Participate in staff recruitment.

Train staff and work daily to improve sales performance.

Provide feedback based on performance results.

Reporting and quality control.

Achieve sales targets.

Develop scripts for employees and AI robots.

Set up and manage AI robots and chatbots.

Professional Skills and Knowledge:

Completed secondary specialized or higher education.

Experience in conducting training sessions for staff.

Knowledge of sales practices, sales management theory, contact centre KPIs, and personnel motivation theory.

Initiative and leadership qualities.

Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and determine key influence points.
