Are you a results-driven Collections Agent ready to join a respected leader in ethical debt recovery? Ver-Tex Solutions, a trusted name since 2008, is hiring. We need a skilled negotiator to help individuals resolve their debts through respectful, solution-focused communication.

Your Role:

You'll handle a portfolio of accounts using phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email to negotiate manageable payment plans. This requires a confident, "Adult to Adult" approach and a focus on empowering others.

About You:

  • Experienced: You have at least 1 year of collections experience and a Grade 12 certificate.
  • Skilled: A master negotiator with strong business acumen and excellent communication.
  • Compliant: You understand the Debt Collectors Act and POPI.
  • Resilient: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain high call quality (98%).

Compensation:

  • Salary: R5500 (Basic)
  • Incentives: Up to R6500 guaranteed monthly incentives, plus commissions and bonuses.
  • Benefits: Funeral Cover.
