Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism and empathy

Resolve customer queries efficiently while meeting KPIs

Log cases and resolutions in Salesforce Service Cloud & call centre systems

Support continuous improvement by providing feedback on customer pain points

Collaborate with peers and management to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for:

3+ years' experience in a call centre or customer service role (payments/fintech/transport sector an advantage)

Familiarity with CRM & telephony systems (Salesforce Service Cloud, PhoneIQ)

Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude

Ability to work under pressure, handle high call volumes & adapt in an agile environment


Qualification:
National Diploma or equivalent (Customer Service/Business studies preferred)
