Job Purpose
The Financial Manager will oversee the organization's financial operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy,
and strategic financial planning.
This role requires a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong post-articles experience and expertise
in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and/or Sage X3.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local tax regulations.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Manage internal controls and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate external audits and ensure timely submission of statutory returns.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Manage banking relationships and optimize liquidity.
- Mentor and develop finance team members.
- Collaborate with senior management to support strategic decisions.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) designation.
- Minimum 5 years post-articles experience in a financial management role.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Sage X3.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and tax legislation.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Strategic and analytical thinking.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
