, based in Pinetown, specializes in General Civil Engineering work (pipelines and services), Concrete Structures (Reservoirs, Treatment Plants and Pump stations), township development and maintenance services, roads and earthworks.

We seek a dynamic and driven
Site Agent
to join our Operations team. The successful candidate should have the necessary experience to work independently and be fully accountable for his/her contracts.

The
purpose
of this role is the
day-to-day onsite management
of
production
,
quality
,
resource management
(plant & labour),
commercial
and
contractual management
and
effective
accurate
reporting
for his/her projects.

The successful candidate will need to be familiar and have experience in some or all of the current sector/s that WKCSA is currently engaged in. These are Heavy Concrete Structures, Roads and Earthworks, Pipelines, Township services and development and Low-cost housing.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required;

· Civil Engineering Degree or Diploma (Non-negotiable);

  • Minimum of 10 Years of Industry Experience (6 years as a Site Agent);
  • Must be professionally registered as either a Pr.CM and/or Pr. Eng;
  • Worked on projects in one or more of the above-mentioned sectors with a value equal to or greater than R80 million;
  • CCS knowledge will be advantageous;
  • Computer Literate – Microsoft Office Package, Microsoft Projects, CCS.
