Role Details:
**This is a permanent full-time role as a Call Centre Agent (Customer Service Advisor) in our Mount Edgecombe, South Africa office. The role is on-site.**

If you have experiance dealing with complaints and handling customer quesries then this role is for you.

The role includes the following resposibilities:

- Efficiently complete customer requests and provide accurate information, always ensuring the highest level of customer care is provided.
- Promptly respond to customers in an enthusiastic, courteous and efficient manner, using advanced communication skills to control a call, listen and target the objective of the individual customer.
- Handle and manage customer complaints from start to resolution, ensuring the customer is at the forefront of all you do.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.

**Requirements**:
**Desirable**:

- Minium 6 months experience international customer service.
- Experience in objection handling.
- Gas & Electric experience is an advantage.
