Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Umhlanga for an Insurance Litigation Associate.

The role includes handling all aspects of insurance-related litigation matters, drafting and filing motions, conducting legal research, managing depositions, and representing clients in courts.

Qualifications

  • LLB Degree and Admission as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with 5 years post admission experience
  • Strong drafting, research, and client management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A client-centric approach with a high level of professionalism.
  • Motivated and disciplined, with the ability to report to seniors and operate effectively within a team structure.
  • Be able to Handle volume of files or large portfolios
  • Experience in Insurance Litigation matters (e.g Motor Vehicle Collision claims)
