Position: Conveyancer & Notary Public We are currently seeking a talented and driven Conveyancer & Notary Public. Key Responsibilities Conveyancing Draft, prepare, and lodge property transfer documentation Handle full transfer processes: conventional, sectional title, deceased estates, divorce transfers, etc. Attend to bond registrations and cancellations Liaise with Deeds Office, municipalities, banks, estate agents & clients Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate reporting and meet turnaround timelines Notarial Work Draft and execute Notarial Deeds Prepare Ante-Nuptial Contracts (ANCs) Register Notarial Bonds Certify and authenticate documents Prepare notarial agreements, servitudes & related applications General Maintain excellent communication with clients and stakeholders Deliver professional, accurate legal advice on property matters Uphold service quality and client satisfaction across all work Manage workflow efficiently while maintaining accuracy #J-18808-Ljbffr
