Personal Assistant

We are seeking a full-time, office-based Personal Assistant to join our team in Brackenhurst, Alberton.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a PA in Sectional Title environment.
- Property Management experience will be an advantage.
- Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills.
Responsibilities and function will include:
· Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls;
· Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager;
· Organizing events;
· Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines;
· Excellent typing and letter drafting, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence, minutes;
· Managing database and filing systems
· Maintaining procedures/administrative systems;
· Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients;
- Submitting of legal documentation to the auditors and relevant authorities;
· Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector or manager's requirement.

· Knowledge of standard software packages (full Microsoft Windows applications i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn company specific software that is Pastel based.
