Personal Assistant

Our client is based in Faerie Glen, Pretoria, and provides engineering and environmental consulting services, primarily to mining clients in Southern Africa. The Head of Technical Services requires a Personal Assistant to ensure the organisation and smooth running of his administrative support functions.
**DUTIES**:
- Assist the Manager with day-to-day management tasks and follow-ups with colleagues and staff members.
- Administrative support.
- Arranging meetings with colleagues and clients.
- Travel arrangements.
- Assist with the preparations for presentations.
- Typing and editing documents, where required.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Organised with a high level of attention to detail.
- Friendly, presentable and trustworthy.
- Good people skills.
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans with a good written command of both languages.
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position in a busy, high-pressure environment.
- After hours availability (when required).
- Own transport and valid driver's license.
