An excellent opportunity has become available Personal Assistant within the medical / health technology industry. The role is based in the Randburg area.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma, Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 6+ years’ experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a personal assistant to an Executive - a must
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT projects eg as a project administrator or project manager or scrum master - a must
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a personal assistant to an Executive
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in branding or marketing -a must
- IT and Marketing background & knowledge is advantageous
- Driver’s License - a must
- Proactive diary management - managing internal and external requests for meetings, addressing conflicts in availability as well as effective meeting logistics and communication.
- Appropriate management of Execs with respect to important tasks and deadlines.
- Liaising with departments ie scrum master duties
- General secretarial and office administration functions to ensure smooth running of office. Includes Performing secretarial, admin duties, typing, formatting and editing reports,
- answering of calls
- Travelling arrangements
- Prepare all documents and materials necessary for all committee and Board of Directors / Exco meetings (dates/attendee list/logistics/catering)
- Acting as a first point of office contact.
- High levels of proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to analyse, improve and implement continuous improvement within area of responsibility
- Have an awareness of Agile / Scrum methodologies or have worked in an Agile / Scrum team.
- Atlassian tool suite (Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence)

**Responsibilities**:

- This role reports to the Executives directly
- Responsible for managing the business administration and project support function for the Executive team
