**Executive Personal Assistant**

**Position Overview**:
**Duties**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Organize and maintain records, files, and confidential documents.
- **Travel Coordination**:

- Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare detailed travel agendas and ensure smooth travel experiences.
- **Meeting Management**:

- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.
- **Task and Project Coordination**:

- Assist with planning and executing special projects and initiatives.
- **Liaison Role**:

- Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain professional relationships on behalf of the executive.
- **Event Planning and Coordination**:

- Organize events, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Manage budgets and negotiate with vendors.
- **Personal Assistance**:

- Handle personal errands and tasks as needed.
- Manage household or personal appointments for the executive if required.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant, preferably at a senior level.
- Certificate or Diploma in office Administration or equivalent Secretarial qualification.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.

❑ **Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience in working with C-suite executives.
- Familiarity with office management tools and project management software.
