The Construction Quality Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) on all construction sites. This pivotal role ensures that all works are executed in strict adherence to project specifications, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations, ultimately delivering superior quality infrastructure.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in quality management roles within the construction industry, with a strong emphasis on civil engineering or large-scale building projects.
  • Demonstrable experience in implementing and managing ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects that meet stringent quality standards.
  • Experience in conducting internal and external quality audits.
  • Familiarity with relevant national and international construction codes, standards, and regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Built Environment, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Quality Management Professional) are highly advantageous.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting, training, and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills:
    Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple quality processes across various projects simultaneously.
  • Integrity:
    Unwavering commitment to ethical practices and maintaining the highest quality standards.
