A property management company specialising in the day-to-day administration of Sectional Title and Shareblock schemes, Home Owners Associations, Retirement Villages and Hotels. Our mission is to manage our customers' assets and investments at a high, professional level, through a trustworthy relationship with trustees, directors and members.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration / Administrative Management advantageous
Paddocks Sectional Title / Home Owner's Course advantageous
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Property Administration
Efficiently assisting the portfolio manager with administrative tasks, ensuring timeous delivery and completion of written pieces and preparing documents. Administering all bulk communication. Assist in answering telephonic and email queries.
2. Meeting Management
Scheduling meetings in accordance with rules and regulations and ensuring that meeting preparations are completed timeously. Attending meetings, completing minutes of meeting and distribution thereof. Administering and completing all post-meeting action items.
3. Client Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, trustees, and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and effective communication.
4. Statutory Compliance
Stay up-to-date with all sectional title and HOA laws and regulations including other statutory requirements from various other stakeholders. Always ensuring all community schemes in the portfolio are in compliance.
5. Archive and Records Management
Maintaining and updating all administration records and preparing archives as and when required.
6. Overall Assistance
Effectively offer assistance to the portfolio manager throughout all processes and tasks within the designated portfolio. Stand in for the portfolio manager as and when required.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Minimum 3 years related experience
Drafting and sending of notices, letters and surveys
Responsible for handling correspondence and managing records
Prepare all documents and presentations for meetings
Attending meetings (including meetings held after hours) and recording minutes accurately and timeously
Completing forms and documents
Computer literacy in MS Office and Google Workspace
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent listening skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fully bilingual)
Excellent organisational and administration skills
Excellent at prioritising tasks
Must have great attention to detail
Must be self-motivated
Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent telephone etiquette in both English and Afrikaans
Customer service orientated
Ability to deal with high volumes of work and to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines
High level of commitment to the company and compliance with standards

Salary is dependent on experience.
Position start date 1 February 2026.
Must have own reliable transport and valid driver's license.
