Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Sales Representative to develop photovoltaic (PV), wind power, and energy storage projects in Africa, with a core focus on South Africa. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in the power industry, excellent business development capabilities, and the ability to work independently in overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for market development of PV, wind power, and energy storage projects in Africa (with a focus on South Africa), including project screening, feasibility analysis, and implementation.
2. Lead the full-cycle development of projects, covering market research, government relations, customer negotiations, contract signing, and financing support.
3. Maintain long-term strategic relationships with local governments, power companies, investors, and partners.
4. Analyze industry policies, market trends, and competitive dynamics to formulate regional development strategies.
5. Coordinate with internal technical, legal, and financial teams to promote project compliance and economic evaluation.
6. Represent the company at industry exhibitions, forums, and business negotiations to enhance brand influence.

RequirementsIndustry Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the power industry, with independent development experience in PV, wind power, or energy storage projects, and familiarity with the full project lifecycle (from resource acquisition to grid connection).
• Experience in overseas new energy project development is required; experience in the African market is preferred.

Language Proficiency

• Fluent in English (proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing), able to use it as a working language for technical solution negotiations and contract signing.

Personal Qualities

• Highly self-motivated, able to adapt to frequent business trips and a high-pressure work environment.
• Possess excellent cross-cultural communication skills and a strong sense of team collaboration.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree or above; majors in power, energy, engineering, business, and other related fields are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar with Africa's energy policies, power grid regulations, and project financing models.
• Possession of resources related to local governments, power companies, or developers is preferred.
