1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、汽车服务管理或相关专业。

2、2-5年汽车行业售后服务或销售网络管理经验。

3、具备良好的沟通、谈判及协调能力，能够跨部门协作。

4、熟悉经销商管理、售后服务流程及客户满意度管理。

5、英语、African语、祖鲁语流利，能处理本地及跨区域业务沟通。

6、工作细致、责任心强，具备数据分析及市场研究能力。

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, automotive service management or related fields.

2. 2 to 5 years of experience in after-sales service or sales network management in the automotive industry.

3. Possess excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills, and be capable of cross-departmental collaboration.

4. Familiar with dealer management, after-sales service processes and customer satisfaction management.

5. Fluent in English, African and Zulu, able to handle local and cross-regional business communication.

6. Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and equipped with data analysis and market research capabilities.二、岗位职责

Ⅱ.Job Responsibilities

1、负责公司售后服务网络的拓展与优化，包括经销商、服务站及合作伙伴网络。

2、与销售部协作，支持新经销商开发及现有经销商售后服务能力提升。

3、建立并维护与经销商及服务网络的长期合作关系，确保服务标准落地。

4、收集市场信息及竞争对手售后网络状况，为管理层提供改进建议。

5、协助制定网络发展计划及年度布局策略，推动区域服务网络扩展。

6、跟踪网络合作执行情况，评估服务能力、客户满意度及合规性。

7、协助组织培训、指导和评估经销商售后服务团队能力。

1. Be responsible for the expansion and optimization of the company's after-sales service network, including the dealer, service station and partner network.

2. Collaborate with the sales department to support the development of new dealers and the improvement of after-sales service capabilities of existing dealers.

3. Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with dealers and service networks to ensure the implementation of service standards.

4. Collect market information and the status of competitors' after-sales networks, and provide improvement suggestions to the management.

5. Assist in formulating network development plans and annual layout strategies, and promote the expansion of regional service networks.

6. Track the implementation of network cooperation, evaluate service capabilities, customer satisfaction and compliance.

7. Assist in organizing training, guiding and evaluating the after-sales service team capabilities of dealers.
